Gutter Cleaning Inside & Outside
We will hand scoop all the debris from inside the gutter system and place the debris in the proper area. We will then tighten and secure the entire gutter system. Then we will rinse the entire gutter system spotless with a hose. This will ensure that the gutters are flowing properly and that all downspouts are clear and free-flowing. If any downspouts are clogged we will take them apart and clear them out and place them back together. We will document and report any issues to the homeowner.
Moss Removal
We attach a block wire brush to a pole and tilt it on its end while scrubbing. We only scrub where the moss is and we only use the corners of the brush. We never flat brush or scrub hard. The integrity of the roof is my only concern during this process.
We then blow the roof free and clear of all debris and apply the moss treatment after cleaning the gutters.
Moss Treatment
We apply a HEAVY amount of moss treatment to the entire roof.
We start on the ridge and place a heavy horizontal line of treatment on the ridge. Then we proceed to place a heavy horizontal line of moss treatment every three to four feet to ensure the treatment provides full coverage.
